Must be something in the Kool-aid, there are a rash of Republican retirements and resignations. First there is Virginia Senator John Warner announcing his retirement, then news that White House Press Secretary Tony Snow will step down, then speculation that GOP Senator Larry Craig will resign, and poor Karl Rove's crying cause it's his last day.

Unfortunately, one Republican is actually stepping back into politics today. Kay O'Connor was named to the Johnson County Public Art Commission.
