KANSAS DEMOCRATIC PARTY STATEMENT ON REPRESENTATIVE SHARICE DAVIDS’ RE-ELECTION VICTORY

Topeka, KS – The Kansas Democratic Party Chair, Vicki Hiatt, released the following statement on the outcome of the Kansas 3rd Congressional District election.     

“The daughter of a single mother Army drill sergeant and tireless advocate for Kansas families, Representative Sharice Davids has worked hard to earn the trust of Kansas voters,” said KDP Chair Vicki Hiatt. “Her re-election represents a consequential win for Kansas families and proves what we know is true – Kansans trust Sharice to be their voice in Congress because she will continue to fight for affordable healthcare, protect the right of Kansans to make their own healthcare choices, work across the aisle to secure critical investments in our roads, bridges, and infrastructure, and represent all communities across the Kansas Third District.
